    LOL ....Grdaughter would turn up nose at green veggies, so I just fine diced or put in blender & added where I could.Some kids will eat raw veggies if they have dip with them.On the other hand, she got me to try Greek yogurt & Feta cheese.We both like the yogurt as a dip.

    Those sound delicious! I wish I'd had them a couple of weeks ago. I made six double batches of zucchini bread dough (six loaves and four and a half dozen muffins from one giant zucchini).

    The Better Homes and Gardens zucchini bread recipe is so fantastic. I always add lots of extra cinnamon and nutmeg though :)
