What a great and unusual idea. This would be perfect for guests or large family gatherings (like Christmas). Everyone gets to eat together and have a hot omlette! Love it.

We have made these, and they are wonderful - and easy - and impressive!! No one can quite believe they will turn out as well as they do.

Sounds great and no messy pans to clean. My kind of recipe.

We do this for our January meetings for our local Garden Club. Host does these and drinks, others bring something to add. Always enjoyable.

Love this idea! I like omelets, but hate the mess of cleaning up everything. Thanks for sharing.
