    I made these last night and they are wonderful. And you are right if a person didn't know they would think it was apples, great way to use up all of the zucchini!

    You can use yellow squash and get the same effect or mix them......yum yum......................

    I don't have enough zucchini to make the Chocolate Zucchini cake and that is what I am going to do is use my yellow crooked neck to make up the 2 cups. :)

    I have been tempted to try an apple pie with zucchini and see if it comes out ok...

    I made the zucchinin chocolate cake took it to my small group yesterday, It was a winner! they raved about it,thanks again for the recipe..
