you are welcome...I tell ya, I am a diabetic with a lapband and have very strict eating rules...and limitations...this soups is a blessing...I can not have much broth, but I love mushrooms and this had a great flavor and went well with the baked fish!

made this again last night but added Quinoa instead of barely...that way it serves me protein with No meat...yeah!
