Maggie you did a great job matching the pictures and also making the mug rug.
Nice job on your first machine quilting!
Here is a tutorial I followed to learn to do mitered corners when bringing the backing to the front for a binding. It explains it so well and has great pictures.

PamH thank you for the link to the tutorial I know my corners did not turn out quite right, but all four corners were pretty much the same. I will study up on that and number two should look better. Thank you

Will make nice gifts at Christmas for co-workers. I bought seven cups today at Good Will. This is number one. I do hope I will be able to stick with this project so that I can get all seven done. I am not known for my sticktoitiveness!!!
