Self portrait Mug Rug Swap #1 completed

This is where i'm starting, ironed white tone on tone to freezer paper to stabilize enough to draw on. Then I drew a rough draft of the image with disappearing marker and went over image with black fabric ink. I'm on my way. Note the size, I want to have plenty of room to work, remember the finish will be the size of a sheet of paper. 8 1/2" x 11"
PS. This image is one i found in a old magazine and have kept it in a binder for a time such as this. It is certainly different from the original. I don't have the original but I did make a "make do" template. Can't wait to see what happens, feel free to do something similar if you want. Note; I did say similar, not copy. Have fun!
