Everytime they have a shop hop or special at EMQW in Tunkhannock its the same thing. The owner stands an visits, cuts fabric at a slow pace and you are forever waiting to get out of there. I refuse to go there any more. She is not organized at all to accomadate people. I love the shop, her fabric is beautiful but!!!! the wait is too much.

So, what I'm understanding is that I need to go when nobody else does, expect to pay full price, have absolutely NO plans for afterward the trip, and THEN maybe it will be more enjoyable?? LOL I sure wish I would have taken a picture when I was there on Sunday. Not many happy quilters were in the shop then. The scene was just unforgettable. I posted on the Eastern PA Shop Hop Facebook page, but I'm sure it won't change anything. Looking forward to my hop tomorrow. HOPEFULLY it won't be quite as stressful!

Squirrelly Shirley, it was pretty close for me! Just found out my kids have early dismissal today, so I need to cut the hop short since I need to get home. ugh!!!! Hubby said "why don't you just do it on Saturday" and I was like "there is NOOOOOOO way I'd step into a shop again during a shop hop on a weekend."
