I have a refrigerator bread recipe - similar - and instead of putting in the refrigerator over night, I just go ahead and finish the bread process, loaves, bake it - turns out great. :-)

Roll the dough out on a floured surface, rectangle size. Spread with butter, cinnamon, sugar, raisins, nuts, craisins -- whatever filling you like. Roll up from the long side - pinch edges together and cut in slices laying cut side down on the cookie sheet & bake. I cut the size of the rolls according to how "fat" the roll is. Start with 1/2" wide. Hope this helps.
