How much would you pay for old quilting magazines?

I have lots of old quilting magazines that date back to the 1980's and I consider them priceless as I see many many of the todays high priced patterns tweeked from these and many that are in the magazines on sale again today some of those patterns can even be mixed and matched to create your own quilt I am keeping mine and not buying any more patterns also I have several sets of patterns where quilt shops use to have a free block pattern a month so I have enough to last forever but could never part with them

Maybe 75 cents for each or 4 for 2 dollars to help sell more of them. I love old magazines, some have great instructions and the piecing strategies can described a little more in detail then with the short cuts and rotary cutting techniques of today. If I wanted several issues I wouldn't hesitate to spend a dollar a piece for them, I have from Half Priced Books. I hope that helps.

Once at a garage sale I had, I had a full apple box full of them and couldn't sell it whole for five dollars! I took the box over to the senior citizen center and donated it for their rumpus room. This made me feel like I had done something productive with them.
