Urine stain

Anyone out there know anything that will take cat urine odor out of paper products (quilt patterns and books). Our kitty got mistakenly shut in our storage room for overnight and rewarded me by using my "travel bag" of browsing books. I have tried baking soda, borax, putting them in the hot sun. At row's end . . . but of course it was some of my most favorite books, patterns.
