Yep - either stack & whack or one block wonder would be my vote!

There's a neat idea on the cover of Keepsake Quilting--just got it on the mail. It's called Garden Twist Anniversary. The basic idea is to make one block the large print, and coordinating blocks/fabrics in the alternating blocks. It's pretty!

Did you check Quilter's Cache? They have tons of free patterns.

Depending on how much fabric you have , warm wishes ? Use the fabric you have and fussy cut the flowers for the bigger blocks, get complimenting fabrics for the stripes

I have to agree that cloth will be a challenge, its like Amish gone Hawaiin. Almost have to fussy cut the attic windows to use it for that.

You could use this as focus fabric on a large Disappearing 9 Patch..that would look great!!!

Debbie, when you first posted re: your large print fabric, I mentioned the latest Keepsake Quilting focus quilt, "Garden Twist". It is a new version by the same creator of the original "Garden Twist" pattern and it has very large on-point blocks of a large floral print alternating with pinwheel blocks and with rows of on-point small-ish squares between the blocks. I got my catalog yesterday and it is on the front cover. If you want to see it, go to Keepsake Quilting.com or call 1-800-865-9458 and ask them to send you their catalog, volume 23. It is a fabulous looking quilt and it wouldn't be necessary to do the fancy-schmancy stuff that's in the border. It looks easy to make. The biggest drawback that I can see (using your fabric) is that her flowers are on a white background which blend into white squares & triangles for the other blocks, etc.
