Cute PDF is the program I use to make PDF's, it's great, just like a virtual printer only instead of a hard copy it asks you for a file name and saves it to pdf.
I've done the pdf's for foundation piecing, and another set for templates. These are for 12" finished blocks.
**note: for anyone printing the templates, one piece has split over two pages, there was no way around it, but it prints with a line of tiny little dots where the two have to join, so you can make sure that you get it matched exactly.**

I haven't actually made one of these yet, but will be locking myself in my dungeon tomorrow to have a go.
