    beautiful. how do you keep that back from sliding down? I have a cover like that and it is driving me nuts!

    When I quilted it, I used a polyester suede fabric for the backing. That sticks to the suede-like fabric of the upholstery and pretty much stays put!

    It looks like you had a great time playing with free motion. The result is beautiful. Don't fret over the feathers, it'll come with time & practice. Great idea for refurbishing a chair.
