helped a friend ( ex coworker) and covered a wooden cigar box for her fund raiser. jShe volunteers at a church which has daily activities for the elderly. Little challenging, but i;m happy with it, and i was able to get rid of more scraps. Yah.

What a cute little box! Looks perfect with those little 1930s prints. A labor of love is often so very fulfilling.

What a cute box, Gannyrose!
I haven't had much sewing time these past couple of weeks. I've been getting our vegetable garden in. This is our first year of one and we miss calculated how big we wanted, so we tilled another 200sq feet today. I think it total we have about 900sq ft now. I'm going to have a busy harvesting season, canning and preserving and snap freezing everything!
