Great job. thank you for sharing. you ladies who get the job done, inspire me to keep plugging along on whatever I am doing. I just love my 365 quilt I am making. but I just save the patterns and do other stuff when I feel like it, and then catch up. it's catch up time, but have sooooo enjoyed doing other stuff also........i'm doing mine in blues....

For those who are working on this challenge, I never did a block a day, I'd save them up for 10 - 20 days and then do them assembly line style. I printed out the patterns and put them in binder. I'd cut out the fabric for one and put it on that page of the binder and then turn the page for the next. I had one big tub of dark scraps and one of light scraps that I worked out of.
Then I'd sit at my machine and go through each one, sewing what I could before I needed to get up and iron. I would put the pieces in a line on the table next to my machine to keep them organized.
Once I'd gone through the group once, I'd get up and do all the ironing/trimming and then sit down and do another round of sewing on the group. It was always fun to see how many "rounds" it took to get the group done.
For me, it would have been too tedious to try to do one block a day.

What an easy way to organize! Thanks for sharing. The blocks I have finished, I also sewed in batches. I made a "book" from a flannel backed vinyl table cloth to keep each block pieces in until I got to the machine to sew them. Here's a link if anyone is interested.
