Thanks TG and Sewbiz, will have to pick one up to bring back to Texas next year.

Moving in day is Wednesday and it’s supposed to be 96 degrees out.

MJP - I take my Bernina 350 Record. And this past fall I bought my first featherweight so that will be coming along also. They have no plastic parts to break.

They make a cotton thread and a poly thread (Sews All). They advertise the poly thread as a "no lint" thread. I was in JoAnn's today and bought 5 spools, so I'll test out the lintiness.

The machine i take traveling is my Singer 301. It's only 5 lbs heavier than a featherweight, but can do so much more.

Hello Ladies, I made a block tonight for Petthefabric, I hope it looks alright. I wanted to try curved piecing also. The fabric reminded me of rich wine and I loved the pattern in my book

Wow, I don't check in for a few days and I miss so much! The grandbabies are so precious. They are so cute when they are that little. Unfortunately, mine are grown now.
Wonderful blocks that have been posted. The talent in this group is amazing!
I have three more blocks to post. One for AnnaQuilts, one for LStew and one for Petthefabric. I hope you like what I made for you. I have 6 more blocks to make and then I will be finished.

Those are great blocks, Klaws! What is the name of the one for Lstew? I think that would look amazing in a scrappy quilt just repeating!
