    Oh boy, decisions, decisions:) What a wonderful surprize. I'd say handquilt. BUT, you do such beautiful quilting on the machine AND you DO want to use it soon, right? Let us know. It's a beautiful quilt. Good luck!!

    I hand pieced one several years ago, and I quilted it on my la just like it was hand quilted. pm me if you want to know how i did it... was easy and fast... and looked good couldn't tell the difference... :)

    It desevers to be hand quilted, when the time and effort was put in it to hand piece it, it should most definitely be hand quilted, just MHO

    I have a GFG from the 1930's that is all done by hand. It is quilted "by the piece." I don't think anything else would look as good. And, of course, I am THE traditionalist.
