    Many have asked if I used paper piecing. Yes! For the main body of the quilt, I did and don't think I could have gotten everything matched up as I did without it. I also used a very fine thread, Bottom Line 60 weight. I pressed with my little Clover iron after each and every seam using a paint brush and starch to get it creased just right. Sometimes a little glue and a hit with the iron to help match up seams that just don't want to stay perfect until you get them stitched. On the border I used freezer paper paper-piecing that you fold as you go so you don't have to deal with any paper removal. You have to be a little nuts to do this, but I've been accused of worse. Try it...you never know until you do.
