JayneW, that’s a long trip in 10 days! I’m curious about your XS. Do you still do it regularly? I used to XS as my main hobby but my eyes aren’t up up it these days. I miss it terribly sometimes.

Have a good rest of your day.
I had not picked it up in YEARS and YEARS, but got it out last summer and took it camping with me to work on. If I'm not in bright light, I have discovered readers are a MUST. I enjoy the "mindless" part of it...

What fun blocks, Jayne! I love mine... thank you! All those little triangles and you are so good with them.

Janice, if you figure out how to stop the deer from eating plants, let me know! We want to have some veggies growing but they eat everything.

    Good morning boomers!

Good thing I'm a procrastinator and am still making blocks - that way there are still being blocks posted!!!

Here is my latest, its a "chunky monkey" pattern for Maricalee

I think I might be the only person still reading this thread!

Here is today's block, its my second one for Hav4. Looking in the gallery, there weren't many on white, so I figured I better help balance things out. I like how this turned out. I think this is going to be a really awesome quilt - I love that your son did the tye-die for you!

I read every post. 😊 Sorry I haven't posted much. I've been on a crazy sewing marathon to finish four Easter dresses and, at last, the end is in sight! I have one hem to raise and all the buttons to sew on. Hopefully I'll have a photo to share soon! (Why do I always save dress making for the last minute? I'm generally sewing buttons and hemming fancy dresses the night before the event!)

I have one more Boom block to make and I'm really looking forward to getting back to my comfort zone of quilting! Is it wrong that I am buying the next Boom fabric now?
