I am very fortunate that there is a wall in, I guess it would be called a hallway, but it's really more open, and Home Depot sells oak unfinished kitchen wall cabinetst. We arranged 3 high x 3 wide, but they're not quite finished yet (I was trying out the white wash paint as you can see) I keep my quilting fabric there

Not the best photo, but my husband gave me two bookshelves he was no longer using that I stacked my fabric into. They have glass doors, so I can see what I am looking for and it keeps the dust and kitty hair off the fabric.
