Nick Name for Grandma?

Strange that this question should come up at this particular time. I have been a grandma for exactly one week so far and I'm loving it. We (my DD and I) think I will be GG (short for Grandma Green). Know that GiGi is also the French name for grandma (I think).

Being named Anna, Granna was just natural. I love to be called that by my 2 grandsons. What a blessing. My husband has been christened Papa Dave and my mother is called Lita, short for abuelita (grandmother in Spanish).

all us grandbabies call Grams. and when grandpa was alive, he was Gramps. so simple but then no one else was called those...like cousins granparents had other nicknames or just grandma rose, or whatever the first name was.
My favorite is still Grams tho :) its special and unique to us and we all know who we are referring to if we say Grams :thumbup:
