    Just wondering if this is too gloomy or too "goth" (the black one).

    A picture of the same design in blue is below it for comparison.

    I love the blue one. Not sure if the black one would sell as fast as the blue would.

    It would probably have to be cut really small in order for me to use it. I do like the blue.

    I think it looks more like a night sky than the blue one. But I don't know what your intention is.

    the black one does not come through on this board very well. if that's what it looks like in person, i'd rather go with black or black on black. the blue is pretty

    I prefer the blue but I would use the black one also

    Depends on what you're using it for. I could see using the black as a tonal, ignoring the sky and avoiding the moon...

    Love the blue but I am not sure how I would the black, maybe for a halloween quilt.

    I can see the black one, with bright yellow star appliques, or as a background and crystals to be stars.

    Or, of coure, this time of year, with a witch on her broom appliqued on it!

    The blue one looks like it needs a couple holding hands, walking along a beach under the palm trees.

    The black or the blue either one would be great as backgrounds for art quilts! I can visualize a castle and a knight on a horse and...
