EQ: I've done it!
#1
Hi! Everyone, I am so proud of myself, still have a ways to go and haven't designed my own block yet but I'm getting there! I found a quilt that I liked, went to EQ library and found a kaleidoscope block that I could see that the basis of the block I liked was part of the library block. With some deleting of unwanted parts I was able to come up with my own version of the block and then in layout I made my quilt. Looks just like original!!! Without the mystery lessons, I would never learned to how look at the structure of the block, then find a block in EQ that I could adapt.
Just two months ago I was asking so many questions and never thought I could get to this point. I'm keeping a copy of my first attempt in EQ, who knows what else I might do! Big hugs to everyone, Chris

Hi! Thanks Crafty Bear for suggesting that I post pictures but I've not been able to figure how to reduce my photos so I could post them on the forum. So I put them on my blog
http://seweasy4me-chris.blogspot.com (the same as in my signature line)
Please let me know what you think. Take care, Chris
