    I made this bag yesterday using a very nice pattern - the 241 Tote Pattern - found here: http://www.noodle-head.com/2011/03/2...e-pattern.html

    I love the lines of this bag and I'd been saving this fabric (I won it, thanks to all of you who voted for my quilt in the contest I entered a few months ago) for the perfect project, and this was it! The fabric is from the Nicey Jane collection by Heather Bailey and I paired it with a Kona solid (in Taragon) and some natural linen). The only adjustment I made was to lengthen the strap a few inches.

    My husband just bought me a Janome Horizon 7700. It's my Mother's Day, Christmas, Birthday, and Anniversary present for about the next 5-7 years :lol:
