I've now finished the quilting on latest OBW. The body of the quilt is just a meander in dark red, and the borders are done in orange, red, and pale yellow - I don't think the colours have come out too well because of the light. Quilting motif not too even as I did it freehand - but okay from a distance! Finished size is approx 53ins x 49ins. Just have to put a sleeve on now to hang it.

Wow, beautiful. Can you post a photo of the original fabric? That's what makes these quilts to fascinating to me!! I'm making one right now, just about to cut! Got all my pinning done!

I've been looking today for more fabric for another obw, and currently have the "shortlist" down to about 20 - there are so many beautiful fabrics out there - it's all decisions!! Everyone is so right about "the addiction" of these.

Buy them all, you know you want to, I want tell 'im indoors!

Your quilting on the border is amazing, even for you! Can't wait to come and see it in real life. You better put a security tag on it or it might accidentally fall into my bag!
