Couldn't you break it down for yourself? What I mean is there are three different block sizes inside the border. Create your own size. It's a beautiful pattern. I seem to struggle with specific ruler cuttings, so I continue the pattern only with my own sizing. And it does work it just takes a little time to break it down. You could take a section of the pattern that has all three blocks in it, photo copy, to the size you like. So this way you have a master copy of the pattern. I hope this helps. I could try and explain further if you need me too.

I've done that on so many other patterns but this one is just puzzling me. I'll get it sooner or later. I tried to cut it out of some scrap and got the blocks to work right, it's just coordinating the sizes of them that I'm having problems with.

I see your post the picture of the pattern is on grid paper, maybe you can duplicate the pattern on the grid. Maybe that might help. How about this, start with the smallest block. How about making the block 2 inches. Now make four of them. Lay them out as a four patch. Now use this size for the medium block. Then take the medium block and one of the two inch block and place two inch on top of med and and place one on side that is the size of the large block. I hope this helps.

I have trouble too .... I know the pattern is workable but sometimes a different way of getting the size can help. I don't always work with the directions from a pattern I usually work from the picture alone. Good luck

Looks interesting...don't recall seeing this one. Not quite sure what size this is. By my eye and some rough arithmetic NOT including seam allowances...
Small blocks would have 4"HST and 1"frame to make 6"
Medium blocks would have 6"HST and 2"frame to make 12"
Large blocks would have 12"HST and 3"frame to make 18"
    Inner border 1/2"
    Outer border 6"
    Finished size approx 85x109
Always give credit to your source(s) for ideas/inspirations. Hope this helps.

I remember seeing this quilt. I think it was in a catalog. I have been searching online but so far I have not found it. It will surface somewhere.

the block is in www.quilterscache.com somewhere. I've seen it there, I think it's in a black and white version.
