March is almost over, it is time for sign up for the April rewards. You HAVE to sign up on this thread. Lneal will be doing the rest as she has this month, and she is doing a wonderful job. The rules are the same, weigh yourself on April 1 and keep track of your weight loss until April 31, or you can PM it to Lneal and she will keep track of it for you. The person with the most weight lost, OUR biggest loser will win the FQ's.

There is a change this month as we will have a theme......
April Showers Bring May Flowers

The FQ has to be shower/rain related. It could be clouds, rainbows, umbrellas, or the color blue, you guys get it.


Remember this is the sign up thread and ONLY the sign up thread we will continue to go the the weigh in thread for help and encouragment.

I lost 60 lbs last year but gained 13 back over the late fall and winter months. Time to get rid off it.
