Desperately needing a chemo cap pattern
#1
My BFF found out a few days ago that she has small cell lung cancer. It is aggressive and so is the treatment. They tell her she will lose her hair in 2 or 3 weeks so I want to make her some cool weight chemo caps. I had a pattern for some caps made from cotton-knit fabric, but who knows where that is. All I can find online is crochet or knitted. Can anyone help?

So glad this thread was started. My daughter's friend just had a hysterectomy due to ovarian cancer. Poor thing just found out and it went fast from there. And she is so young, just breaks my heart. She will lose her hair too, so I thought I would make her some chemo caps. She did tell my daughter that she wants a hot pink wig. At least she still has her sense of humor.

I'm sorry to hear about her health problem.
