No it wasn't those. It was just planks of wood and you wound your quilt top on one and the batting on the other (I think) You put your back down and slowly unwound the top and the batting and pinned as you go. I think it had pictures.
Then you just machine or hand quilted as normal. It didn't make a frame or anything
