    Hi,

Thanks everyone for coming for our 2nd meet and greet. We had a blast in Shipshewana, Indiana. I will be planning more of them in the future.

We love all of the shopping, (the fat quarter boat was $1.00 each just for our group, yes we are spoiled by the owner of Lolly's) so we shop till we drop, ate at 1:00 pm. great food, had show and tell and some demonstrations.

Please ask SharonB about the fatquarter boat!

After I left Shipshewana, I drove to Middlebury, Indiana (8 miles away) to the other quilt shop at Essenhaus as I had ordered a cute snowman applique kit from September so I went and picked him up and yes I shopped more. I also ran into SharonB at the quilt shop she stopped by Essenhaus to buy her pie (piece of pie).

I came home a different route State Road 13 and liked the roads better so I found a new way to travel and yes 20 miles closer. I can be in Shipshewana faster the next time.

Karen (CraftyBear) had some prizes for us, donated by a quilt shop.

Prize for having award winning quilts
