    Isn't he clever :D

I found this easy way of hanging wall quilts on the internet....I think it was posted here possibly...(senior moment!!)

Anyway, asked my DH if he cut cut me a length of dowelling, and look what he came up with...AND it works perfectly keeping all sides nice and straight!!

Heres some pictures so you can see how he constructed it!! :D :D

Between you, me and the rest of the board.....I saw him disappear out of the back door, quilt in hand....my heart was in my mouth...as I gingerly asked....

    - "where are you going with THAT dearest?????"

    - "Off to make the dowelling...don't worry!!"

    (Needless to say...worry I did as it's my first wall hanging..and it's precious.... :? )

Out comes the work bench... tenon saws.....BIG tools!!!

"But honey...you only need a hacksaw, I only need you to cut it to length...blah blah blah"....over HIS head my suggestion went.....

BUT TAH DAH - as you see HE CAME UP TRUMPS!!! :D :D :D

So he got a great big - WELL DONE from me !!

Stress levels returning to normal .......
