Wow! This is amazing! I knew placement of color was important, but I am still trying to get my mind around all the ways it works! Your illustrations are just what I need to help me understand this. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into this. It's obvious you're having a lot of fun playing with all the possibilities. :)

Thanks everyone!! Yes Alondra it is alot of fun! I always have this little voice saying What if I try this color here or what would happen if I change this block this way and it is fascinating to see what comes out just by changing a little bit here and there. I didn't really know how many quilt blocks I could get til I played with it on EQ. I just kept turning the blocks and exploring the possibilities. There may be more that I didn't find. You guys may find some ideas I didn't think of! That is what makes it so much fun! Creativity is endess!!

What's so amazing is how one color can make another one seem to recede or pop. It's mind-boggling, really. I'm sure my grandmother didn't know all that - and for that I'm grateful, because I'm sure if she had had to contend with so much "high-tech" information, she wouldn't have set out as boldly as she did to make her quilts. <G>

You're all welcome! I am having a blast doing this and I so enjoy it when other quilters "get it" or the lightbulb goes off and they understand what I am trying to show. When I discovered these shortcuts I wanted to show someone what the could do but there was noone interested locally. It was too new an idea for the older quilters around here to be interested.

I am so appreciative for having such an audience to share my stuff with!! Thank you all for coming along on this ride with me! I love having all these quilting buddies!!
