    sorry to be dumb ,but what would you use it for?
    I take dish/casserole out of aga with two padded cloths and then take to table immediately for people to serve themselves along with any veg in a serving dish.
    surely you have to take out of oven in a similar way so why then put it into this?
    as I have quite a few casserole dishes in various sizes I would need quite a few,then storage becomes a problem.

    It is used to take the casserole to a get together or maybe a quilting class if having people bring food. It helps keep the food hot while in transit.
