CMD is short for Cinco de Mayo quilt lol. I am teaching at the Sewing Studio Super Store in Maitland.....
I used to go to the store when I lived in Casselberry. I took my first quilt class there. Loads of great fabric.

The book is by Karen Stone quilts....the patterns and instruction are in there. There is also a software program to print the patterns but you must have Eq 5 to work it.

For those of you who would like to learn PP, this is a good primer to start with....
    http://www.winnowing.com/ppp.html

Then search the web for free pp patterns and practice on those first.

If you are interested in doing the CDM (Cinco De Mayo) the book is by Karen Stone Quilts,The book has the patterns and instruction for several quilts plus the CDM. There is also the software by Karen Stone to print the patterns and you would need EQ5 to use the software. It is also a good idea to get a cheap printer that prints out on 11x17 paper. The printer cost about 60.00, they are real cheap now. I have hooked one up along with my other printer.

I did too. "Quilt in a Day" by Burns. No, I didn't. A week later.
