Hi Everyone. I have been an observer of this site for a while now. I LOVE it. This mystery quilt has me excited. I haven't bought my fabric yet. Going to do that tonight hopefully and get caught up this weekend. I've printed out the 2 clues but I don't see where it tells me how much yardage I will need of each color. Did I miss that somehow?

Hi! I'm little behind on getting this block finished. We have a new baby in the house, a 1 lb. 6 oz white poodle named Roxie; she looks like miniature baby polar bear! She was born Thanksgiving Day and we bought her home yesterday. I figured if babies love the slings what not a puppy. It's the best way to keep up with her and its hands-free. And it may make house breaking alot simpler, I know exactly where she is and what she up too!
I started working on a rag quilt at the end of last week for my grandson, and that is actually what is slowing me down. I have one more row to add on and then I can start clipping the seams. Probably will get to the block either tomorrow or Sunday.
Monday might be a "snow day" around here, already have Winter Storm Warnings for most of the state of Alabama. When they forecast that far in advance, you better get to the grocery store soon! Take care, Chris

Hi! Missy, I had to show off my new baby! She loves this sling. When I was taking to take the picture, Roxie woke up but she had been asleep.
Well, the rag quilt is finished and ready to go in the wash. You can see part of it behind my right arm. My niece gave me some scraps of minkee and flannel she had left from a project she worked on and I've made a quilt for my grandson who loves minkee.
Well, had better get to work, half the day is almost gone. Chris
