I would go back and make sure that the halfsquares are 2 1/2", you may have forgotten to trim them down? Check that out and let me know. :) HUGS! Someone else forgot to, I think it was LovingMySoldier.. :) so check that part out for me and let me know.

I am still working on clue 3. This is harder than I thought it would be! I guess i need to see the finished project in order to visualize properly. I'm not sure if my colors are working or not yet. I guess that's why they call it a mystery.

I didn't check my half squares! Definitely forgot to trim them down :( My clue 2 measured at 5" too then. I decided that I didn't want to redo them since my clue 1 were wrong as well (those I cut the rectangles at the wrong size lol). I decided to redo all of clue one. But clue 2 I decided to just trim them down a 1/4 of an inch on each side. I lost my points on all of them. But I figured if the points are missing on all of them then its ok! Right or wrong I wasn't going to redo them lol. I'm just blaming this on beginner mistakes! This is the most cutting and detailed quilt I have done thus far.

My chopped up clue 2 :)

LOL Soldier!! Too funny! It's true.. you 'meant' to have it that way right!? It's all good as long as it's consistent that's what matters. Looks good though! :) I'm glad you are learning new and fun things.

Yeah I am not too bent out of shape about it! Besides if I did it perfect then my quilt would look like just like all of yours :) Thanks for being such a great teacher Missy! I am pretty excited to see what happens next :)
