    I've done this with totally unrelated charm squares for a completely scrappy quilt and it looked great! Also did one with all different pinks for a baby quilt. So easy and it doesn't look like it was easy. Love the tutorial; better than the one I used to learn this technique.

    I LOVE the D9P! I get 4 5" squares from all those fat quarters I've been saving for so long. It's so fun to sew! They work up quick for baby gifts!

    Has anyone ever done a D9P in Batik? I have some batik fabric and wanted to see what it would look like to do the D9P. Possibly for a baby Quilt..?
