    to take off the sticky(from price tag to tape) use a non staining oil-I use eucalyptus oil I got in Australia but baby oil will work. It is great for getting the sticky out
    To quote an old commercial-A little dab will do ya!-I use a q-tip.

    Thanks very much I want to make one of these jelly roll quilts but was put off by having to do the diagonals so will give this a try and then take the plunge

    Thanks for the tutorial. What looked to be so simple always had me re-sewing because I didn't get the diagonal right. Now I have good steps to follow rather than eye-balling it.
