    You don't need to BUY a template. You make your own by cutting off an edge of the same size circle you used for the main circle. I think that is covered in the original tute. When you lay your square on the big circle, what is left on the edge is half of the petal. Find some cardboard or plastic and make one.

    I don't usually make all these craft things that shown here, but I want to make this.

    Looks like the perfect Secret Santa gift to me. Great tutorial. I also enjoy making frog pincushions. The white lily one would be perfect for the frog.
