Just wanted to share this free webinar from How To Quilt .com.
for Quilt As You Go
It all takes place next Tuesday, March 22, beginning at:
4pm Pacific Time
5pm Mountain Time
6pm Central Time
7pm Eastern Time
Following are links with spaces for information and for signup:

Click the Register for Webinar and sign up now.
Also on the day of the webinar be sure to sign in at least a half hour early. You should make sure that your normal programs have all been updated with the latest version. This includes particularly the Java program.
If you are in doubt I would take the time to contact technical support even a day or two prior or more. They can help to determine if your system is in proper working order to be able to sign in to the webinar without problems. I highly recommend this if you've not participated in a webinar online before.
My first time I spent all but the last 20 minutes getting my machine updated and missed the entire webinar. From what I could find their pre-webinar check list did not include the Java specifics and that was where my problem was at. You may also have issues with any firewall programs on your system.
I learned the hard way, please be prepared.
The tech support has the ability to send you to a specific website where you can give them access to your computer. You can follow them as they search your system to make sure it is in proper working order with the latest versions of the software required. They do not add any spyware and it is safe.
If you have any further questions you can email Penny or the tech support.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the webinars I've attended. You can see on your screen what she is talking about. In one webinar she had an interview with someone as well. You have the ability to type in questions in a side bar. You can only see your question typed and any reply that she types back. She reviews all of the questions and tries to comment and answer on all of them.
After the webinar she then sends you a link by email to the recorded webinar so you can review again. This can be helpful for checking to see if you understand everything and also in case you may have missed something important that she said.
I hope this provides useful to those who are interested in the Quilt As You Go method.
Have a Great Quilty Day!

This is one I'd really love to do but won't be near a computer tomorrow. I am working on a Quilt as You Go similar to Roman Stripe. I love it but would love to see someone elses version.

I was thinking about signing up for the webinar until I started getting dozens of emails from people I had never heard of and they all had something to do with www.learnhowtoquilt.com
