I got a chance to try this project this morning. Fun and quick to make up.

I did the original one with ribbons, then tried using loops and buttons. I made the ribbons 5 inches, but should possibly be just 4 inches, they are a little too long. I would like the buttons (shank style should be good) a little higher.

I use cloth napkins. I can adjust the size of this box to hold the napkins and it will look very pretty. My daughter may get this "box" and some cloth napkins for Christmas.

Thanks, Just the extra little gift I'm looking for family members for Christmas. Think I should make myself one to leave on kitchen table for mail and those recipes I cut our of magazines or print off from here.
