I've used the following pattern to make them from Hoffman Bali Pops. One package of Bali Pops will make two baskets. Name of the pattern is: "Bisquit Basket" by Aunties Two, P.O. I saw this basket at a craft fair that i went to today,the lady who made them had used bias tape around the edges and made a fabric napkin to place inside of the basket, she had put small jar candles inside the baskets to show uses for gifts.I love the pattern, but could not locate, this is pretty close, thank you soooo very much, because I wanted to make some also.
