    is there a problem on getting a 1/4" seam allowance on the outside edge of the square....so there is a sharp point? brown fabric. doesn't look like there is enough for the allowance and the points. (probably doesn't make any sense) but i really like this concept and want to make one.

    To be honest with you I wasn't worried about the sharp points. But I bet if you played around with it you might figure it out. This quilt was basically a fun and easy to make a quilt without all the fuss that goes along with most quilts. I think it is the fact that all the points aren't there that gives it the illusion of it moving.
    Do a search for 2nd update of my man's quilt and you will see what I mean.
