this is a great trick. I learned it differently when we in Florida about 7 or 8 years ago but we cut the background out last and for the life of me I can't remember how we did it but this is aDrunkgreat way. If you cut those those in quarters a Drunkerds Path quilt with the smaller squares. I did that and also made a turtle quilt that I gave my daughter. With a little imagination you can do a lot with these squares. I will have to make the block this way.

Great tute!!! I use this method too. Here is a quilt I made using that method. The circles are all made with polka dot fabric so I called it Polka-Dotted Polka Dots.

I just tried this for a jacket I am making. Not perfect but I like it.

    Default Question

I followed this for some smaller inset circles. Is it possible to piece the freezer paper to use this method for a large circle (35 inches)? Thanks

This is a wonderful tutorial ... Thank you! I, too, would like to "bookmark" this post, but do not know how to go about doing this? am sure it is as easy as 1-2-3, but I just haven't figured it out. Thanks, in advance, for helping me out. Nita
