    I am not sure about this. It would depend on the crochet pattern. If it is a flat pattern it would work as you could anchor the thread (for laundering purposes). If the pattern is flared, I just not sure. You might want to try a hanky out by attaching it to a foundation piece of fabric and then laundering it to see how it works.

    I have to admit that I had two hankies with crochet patterns around the edge and I decided not to use them. Would love to know what you decide. Yolanda Wood River
