One Block Wonder is the term used by Maxine Rosenthal whose technique this is. Her books have this phrase in the title. I have referred to it exclusively for directions with the OBW I'm working on now!
(Only I have the condensed PDF saved on my laptop.)
It really has made this quilt so much easier than I would have ever imagined!
