The cozie is super easy to make, cut 2 8.5 inch circles out of material and 1 from felt type batting, stack the material wrong sides out on the batting, sew all around the outside with a 1/4 seam alowance and leave a 1 inch gap, turn inside out and tuck in 1 inch gap. Sew around the outside to flatten the outside seam. Cut a 4 1/4 circle from paper and 1/2 inch ring inside it, pin it to the middle of the cozie and sew around both sides of the paper, remove the paper, cut a small slit and feed a piece of elastic through the slit and join the two ends and tie in a slipknot tuck the knot inside the slit and turn the cozie right side out
sew around inside and outside of ring sewing the ring doesn't have to be perfect, I personally do NOT like circles Haa Haa use a sefety pin to thread the elastic through ring, see you can't even tell the middle isn't perfect!!! I made a few of these but I got lazy and zig zaged around a small elastic pony tail holder on the underneath side, Pulled to gather and then stitched the ends.

awesome idea and prettier than those pads!

Totally understandable, I've sold about 20 of these, it started out as gifts for friends now they want them as gifts to give out themselves,(sometimes its a burden to have a talent LOL)

Thank you! I saw this - probably in one of your other messages - and wondered how it was made! I wanted to look at it again but couldn't find the message I saw the picture in!! J
