Is there a reason that the red was all cut into squares then joined to the green, then cut apart? Wouldn't it be easier to just piece the red and green together then cut apart? Am I missing something?

I love log cabins, this is a very nice layout, i am getting fabric together to try and start one for me, i love reds so trying to get a lot together to use in mine, i found a new fabric called "Friendship" that is mostly reds, so now i am working on color combinations, which is hard for me, i keep changing my mind.
Thank you so much for sharing |
Thanks Jan. This looks like a great user-friendly tutorial.
