Sherryl, was the cardinal hex. wallhanging yours? It was so beaut. I just had to do one.

I have a question about Octagon. My mom before she passed started an octagon table cloth. However since my table is square I've to square it somehow and turn it into a quilt for one of my kids.
Does any one have ideas about how to get it to a square shape? I could sure use some help :?: Kay G, new member Proud mom of 2 |
To make it square, I would add some triangles to each of the corners. Looking at the picture above, look at the bottom left corner and you can see how it kind of forms a visual triangle with the white background.
