Found this too late for the quilt I’m trying to finish now- but I’m going to try it on the next one. My hands are really not happy with hand stitching my binding anymore

I use the method for charity quilts most of the time for its ease of finishing. My only problem with it is that I must remember to change the bobbin thread so that it matches the back of the quilt so the wrong color is not showing through the finished back.
